Paid in October and still no roof. Use someone else. They are not good at communicating. We need to take them to court to get our money back.

Pro roofing is a wonderful company to work with because their work is excellent, they employ good people and they work on all sizes of homes. Good pricing and they do a great job on skylights which are usually difficult. My home is a large 4000 + square foot and they did an excellent job.

The finished work looks really good. The roof, gutters and siding repairs all look great. I’m happy with the finished product. The only bad thing is that it took a year for them to get to me and do the work.

I had hail and wind damage in May of 2025. I reached out to Pro Installation & Design and was told it would take a few months to get my house fixed. While it took WAY longer than that, closer to 10 months, I understood everyone in St Louis was in the same boat as I was. I stayed patient. Every so often I reached out to my salesperson AJ who assured me he was still in communication with State Farm concerning my claim. He also told me about supply issues St Louis was having. While it wasn't fun waiting, WOW, was it worth the wait! I FINALLY have my house fixed and it looks PERFECT! The crew that worked on it attended to every detail and it looks brand new! I am EXTREMELY happy with how everything turned out. My neighbors who rushed their process with other companies are already complaining about the shoddy workmanship they received. I am SO grateful that I waited and the crew that worked on my house took their time and did it properly. I will not hesitate to use Pro Installation & Design again in the future. They are a top-notch company. 5 stars for sure!

This company called me out of the blue, came & did a free inspection on my house. They found damage that I didn’t even know was there. They got me a new roof, siding, downspouts, & screen doors. Only thing I paid was my deductible of my homeowners insurance. They did a great job, and a great cleanup. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a very good experience with Pro Installation after out roof sustained hail damage. Case was on the ball helping us get together with our insurance company (AAA) for the inspection. As soon as the paperwork was completed and the first insurance check arrived we were ready to begin. The materials were delivered and the job was completed in a little over a day. Pro Installation took care of the new items required by code (such as the drip edge) and installed a ridge vent in the garage where we had not had one. The shingles look great and the garage is very nicely cooler.
